Products sold by Spectrum Smart Solutions Systems come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects or technical issues.
Warranty Conditions:
Warranty is valid only with proof of purchase.
Warranty covers manufacturing defects and technical issues only.
Warranty Does Not Cover:
Damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, overloading, or handling errors.
Damage from external factors like water, fire, electrical surges, or natural disasters.
Damage due to software issues, virus attacks, or failure to update firmware.
Damage due to operation outside recommended environmental conditions.
Important Notes:
Warranty claims must be submitted within the warranty period.
If repair or replacement is not possible, a refund for the product price will be offered.
Shipping charges for returns are paid by the customer.
