Warranty & Terms of Service

Products sold by Spectrum Smart Solutions Systems come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects or technical issues.

Warranty Conditions:

  • Warranty is valid only with proof of purchase.

  • Warranty covers manufacturing defects and technical issues only.

Warranty Does Not Cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, overloading, or handling errors.

  • Damage from external factors like water, fire, electrical surges, or natural disasters.

  • Damage due to software issues, virus attacks, or failure to update firmware.

  • Damage due to operation outside recommended environmental conditions.

Important Notes:

  • Warranty claims must be submitted within the warranty period.

  • If repair or replacement is not possible, a refund for the product price will be offered.

  • Shipping charges for returns are paid by the customer.
